Ingredients
ā¢ 1 overripe banana
ā¢ 1/2 of a fresh orange, peeled and separated into slices
ā¢ 4 oz pineapple tidbits with juice
ā¢ 1/2 cup milk
ā¢ 1 scoop of our New Zealand Whey Protein (Organic Tropical Punch)
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Pour into popsicle molds.
3. Freeze overnight.
4. Enjoy!
